GOOGLE HARDWARE STORE POP-UPS

Project managed fabrication, technical build-out, and installation of two immersive pop-up stores for Google Hardware, located in New York City's SoHo and Chicago's Bucktown.

The pop-ups reimagined retail through playful, themed spaces — including a cozy treehouse for Pixel phone demos, a tiny kawaii kitchen showcasing Google Home, and an interactive living space featuring Chromecast and Nest products. Visitors could physically engage with Google's connected tech in approachable, imaginative environments designed to spark curiosity and hands-on exploration.

Oversaw prototyping, materials sourcing, fabrication, and technology integration, working closely with Google's experiential marketing team. Managed all logistics, transport, and reinstallation to ensure seamless quality and functionality between both locations.

The activations were widely praised for humanizing smart technology and redefining how retail environments can tell brand stories through immersive design.
