Oversaw construction of a massive, multi-sensory experience for BACARDÍ’s Halloween event. Designed by Kenzo Digital, the structure blended art installation, haunted house, and soundstage. Features included mirrored chambers, a 16-ft tunnel slide, a winter forest, and large-scale holograms.

Built on-site in four days after months of prototyping. Managed fabrication, logistics, and install across disciplines to bring Kenzo’s vision to life.
