LADY GAGA FAME LAUNCH
Creative Engineering | Project Manager

Managed fabrication and installation of the centrepiece for Lady Gaga’s Fame fragrance launch at the Guggenheim Museum. The focal point: a towering replica of the black-glass perfume bottle, custom-built as a sculptural performance space.

Delivered on a compressed timeline, the project involved complex logistics, including overnight installation inside a landmark building with strict access, weight, and preservation constraints. Integrated rigging and concealment systems allowed for Gaga’s live appearance within the structure.

Also supported secondary show elements, including custom lighting and a façade-mounted countdown clock.

A high-stakes build blending theatrical design with museum-grade execution.
