Project-managed the fabrication of multiple runway show environments for Marc Jacobs at New York Fashion Week.

Collaborated directly with creative director Stephan Beckman and artist teams to translate bold conceptual designs into detailed fabrication strategies and shop drawings.

Oversaw budget creation, staffing, fabrication logistics, and rapid installation under extremely tight timelines.

Notable projects included a rotating mirror wall installation, where each massive mirror pivoted precisely on cue to allow models to move in and out during a fast-paced seven-minute show.

With thousands of attendees and no margin for error, the choreography between technical fabrication and live performance had to be flawless.
