Project-managed fabrication and install for Google's first permanent retail space, blending architectural precision with immersive technology. The store integrated interactive displays, augmented reality experiences, and sustainable design features to showcase Google's hardware ecosystem.

Coordinated fabrication teams, AV specialists, and install crews to deliver a tactile, tech-rich environment under a tight timeline. Worked closely with Reddymade Architects to ensure seamless execution between high-end materials, custom digital interfaces, and LEED Platinum sustainability goals.
